This shouldn’t taste so freakin’ delicious.

๐Ÿฅฅ4 avocados, peeled and pitted
๐Ÿฅฅ1 c. lime juice (about 4 juicy limes)
๐ŸฅฅZest of 2 limes
๐Ÿฅฅ1 c. maple syrup
๐Ÿฅฅ2 cans coconut cream
๐Ÿฅฅ2 tsp. vanilla extract
๐Ÿฅฅ2 tbsp. coconut oil
๐Ÿฅฅ1/2 tsp. kosher salt
๐Ÿฅฅ1/2 lime, thinly sliced into quarters, for garnish

๐Ÿ‹Combine all ingredients, except lime slices, in a blender. Blend on high until smooth.

๐Ÿ‹Pour into loaf pan and garnish with lime slices. Freeze until firm, at least 3 hours or overnight.
